One of the most important things a spanking model has to have, as well as a hot ass, is a set of limits. Lately, I’m known more as a spanker than spankee, so people who know me from my earlier work as a spankee in Shadow Lane productions are confused as to my orientation. I’m bringing this up because I believe there are many women who begin as bottoms and end up as tops. The deal about me, though, is that I’m a true switch, which means I truly like to spank as well as be spanked.
Do I pine to be spanked while I’m spanking? No. Do I wish I was doing the spanking while being spanked? No. So, how do I determine when and where I’ll do what? It all depends on the other person involved, of course.

Wednesday, May 13th, 2009Over a century after Sigmund Freud asked his famous question “What does a woman want?”, Cyndi Lauper answered it. Girls just want to have fun. Now it’s time to answer (or at least ask) a different, not-so-age-old question: what does a man want … in a spanking video?
I don’t want to over-analyze this. The simple answer is that we want to see hot girls get spanked. But the simple answer isn’t always the right one. It would be hard to find a hotter spankee than, say, Samantha Woodley. But given the choice, I’d rather watch, say, Clare Fonda or Chelsea Pfeiffer get spanked than Samantha. In other words, there’s more to the equation than just a hot girl gittin’ her nekkid butt swatted.
I know what studios believe we want to see. They think we want schoolgirls. According to my unscientific calculations, there are overwhelmingly more spanked schoolgirl videos out there than any other grouping. There are whole websites devoted to spanked schoolgirls. There are fictional schools and teachers and students and headmasters showing up as recurring characters in on-going, spanked schoolgirl soap operas.
So has the market spoken? Is this really what we want? Or is the market not reflecting the desires of its largest group of consumers, namely horny, middle-aged males?
Personally, I’m not a big fan of the spanked schoolgirl genre. I didn’t go to Catholic school. My adolescence wasn’t filled with longing for girls in uniform. It just doesn’t do anything for me one way or another. If the young woman looks good, and she’s in a schoolgirl outfit, great. Same girl, without the uniform and I’m just as happy.
Also, I like stories, something with a beginning, middle and end — something that contains a resolution. I’m not talking about a complicated plot. Just a resolution, like girl is mouthy, girl gets spanked, girl no longer mouthy. That’s a resolution. That’s really all I need, plot-wise.
Well, maybe I am against the schoolgirl spanking genre. It seems to depend on frivolities, like, say, someone not cleaning her room. I mean, so what? Those kinds of pretexts make the entire video seem unimportant. Worse, it might even make the spanking seem unfair or disproproportional. Psychologically, I tend to root for an underdog and feel empathy for a victim of unfair or disproportional punishment. But the last thing I want to do is identify, even unconsciously, with a spankee. It impinges on my enjoyment of the video.
I don’t dislike all videos in the schoolgirl category. I’ve given positive reviews to several of them. But in general, I think the genre is overdone, and it often misses the mark. Worse, it’s lazy and half-hearted. Some studios seem to think they can take an uninspiring girl, put her in a school girl outfit, and make her sexy. Wrong!

Some of my sessions are very complicated and involve a lot of equipment, planning, and in communication with my clients. Other encounters are simple and basic. Case in point: foot worship and spanking. The only “problem” with these is when the client starts to hint that compensation is no longer in order. In other words, we are both having a good time so why should I pay?
The rational from these clients is usually something along the lines of -we BOTH seem to derive intense enjoyment from the activity, and it would be so much more convenient to just drop by my house/have me come to his. I mean if there is something mutual going on, then why does money need to get involved?
Here’s why money needs to be involved and ultimately it’s a very good thing: Monetary exchange for an activity maintains boundaries that keep both parties happy in the long run. If all you can do is dwell on the COST, then you shouldn’t be doing the activity—I don’t care what it is. It’s an affordability issue and your budget is the mitigating factor. If you can afford the activity without worry and you don’t like the IDEA of paying, here are some things to consider.
Money keeps things simple. It guarantees that I show up on time, I have a clean, uncluttered location for us to meet, and we stick to the negotiated plan. Yes, I might not FEEL like showing up to our appointment, but I know what the agreement is so I get ready, show up and then am happier for it once things get rolling. Yes, that’s a newsflash to many: no matter how much I enjoy what I do, it’s still my work and there are days I don’t feel like going to work. The difference is that I KNOW I will have a good time once the session begins.
Money makes sure that too much information isn’t shared. I don’t know where you live and you don’t know where I do. You might share some details about your private life, but that’s not mandatory and most people don’t. Money makes it so we form our relationship around an activity that we both enjoy, and we don’t take it further. By having this narrow definition of how we interact, it means that we will continue to have focused enjoyment in the future. Boredom is more difficult if we are always on the cusp of getting to know more about each other, but never do.
Lastly, money also makes the conclusion of our relationship a clean process. Yes, really it does. If you have maintained your boundaries and you just stop seeing me, no harm no foul. You always have the option to return. Of course a less experienced Mistress might get her feelings hurt when a client stops seeing her, but that’s the realm of those who aren’t keeping this to a business mindset—and a whole ‘nother topic for me to write about!

I found this video exciting to view, as I love watching over the knee spankings, almost as much as I love being over someone’s knee.
During the 65 minutes running time, there are two separate stories.
In the first story, there is a disaster in the kitchen, when this pretty, long haired young lady tries to set fire to the house, while cooking dinner.

Every so often, he changes position, from spanking her over his knee, to pushing her over the kitchen table to leaning her over the kitchen sink. All these changes in positions and implements used on her bottom are done with no dialogue passing between them. I think that there is a time and a place for silence. It can add a finer point to the discipline than vocal chastising often can. But, in the context of this movie, and the way the scene is played, the silence just comes across as a sort of lack of involvement.
After thirty minutes of this continual ill treatment of her backside, it is a very sore looking rosy red. Pulling her up off his knee, he throws her clothes at her, then, walks out of the kitchen, leaving her kneeling on the floor, rubbing her poor bottom that has a raging fire in it.
It was a big disappointment to me because he didn’t take his belt off to her. I believe the makers of this movie missed something there.
It would have been greatly improved if he had made her watch him slowly taking the belt out of its loops, then putting her back over his knee for a few strokes of it. Phew! The thought of it makes me go all of a quiver.
Another pretty young girl, this time with short auburn hair is in the same kitchen supposedly washing up. Well, she moves things around, attempting to pile up some pans and dishes that defy gravity so that they keep toppling over with a loud clatter.
Then while rummaging in a cupboard, she finds a bottle of wine and sitting at the kitchen table she takes a long swig from the bottle.
In comes another girl, who quickly takes in the scene.
She pushes the young girl over the edge of the table, and starts to spank her. She also uses an assortment of kitchen utensils, including a plastic chopping board.
During this prolonged spanking session of again, around thirty minutes, the young girl’s clothes come off until she is wearing only a very sore red bottom. A very lovely bottom indeed. She’s got gorgeous, smooth curves that seemed designed specifically for the sweeping touch of a hungry palm.
Again, this second spanking is done in silence, except for the obligatory ‘owws’ and ‘ouches’. Not too much thrill or excitement in the scene. I have to say that I’m a huge fan of sincerity. Perhaps this seeming lack of enthusiasm could be chalked up to bad acting, but I sort of get the feeling that the models aren’t really into the lifestyle, but are just paid asses.
I found this lack of dialogue between each of the two couples spoiled things. Apart from each girl being spanked - saying ‘Owwww!!!’ every time her bottom was attacked by the spanker’s hand or kitchen utensil, there was silence, except for the background music – that rather grated on me.
I would also have liked both girls, to have shown some more spirit. A bit of bratting; swearing, struggling etc, although as we know that earns extra spanks, but to me it is more natural.
However, if you enjoy seeing a bare bottom, over the knee spanking, where the bad girl ends up with a very hot sore bottom, then you will enjoy this movie

Two incorrigible schoolgirls receive a very unusual punishment. Instead of a single spanking session, they’ve been signed over by their parents to live under the same roof as their head master for next two years. This movie is about the very first day of this new living arrangement. The Head is older man. He’s brusque and rough around the edges. He lectures the girls in a way that invites no input from them in return. He’s not there to “relate” to them as some kind of mentor or role model. He’s just there to discipline them.
The girls look great. They are sisters, Angela and Jessica. They are both blondes, with some help from the bottle. They are both appropriately young-looking. Angela looks insolent and rebellious. She stares sullenly when the Head speaks to her. I can’t wait to see her get spanked. Jessica takes on a more demure and attentive demeanor when he speaks to her. Both young women are attractive in different ways, so there’s good variety in the models. The Head’s job, in his words, is to “train” the girls to be “obedient”. He takes his job seriously. He cares much more about his job than their feelings. He orders them about as if they are the lowest of servants. He begins by making insolent Angela kneel before him. He makes them turn and watch the spanking of the other. He makes them turn back around again and face the wall. He makes them say “yes sir” to each of his commands, all of his whims. He does a little session with a slipper on rebellious Angela. It’s not a hard session, but she sniffles and gets teary. He mocks her tears. He brushes her hair from her face to make her humiliation more photogenic for the camera. As a fan of face shots, I appreciate that. And of course they obey him. After the slipper session, he makes Angela get completely naked and stand in the corner. Her body is lush, generous and beautiful.

You see some stripes from the cane, but this movie is not about the breaking of wills through physical pain. As far as the infliction of psychological and emotional pain, however, this movie is among the most powerful I’ve seen. It’s a study in discipline and control, not a lesson in dermatological abrasions. The girls are humbled in ways that outstrip a physical beating. They are slapped, insulted, stripped, paraded, groped, mocked, manipulated, humiliated, and ordered about like dogs. And they are made to subserviently reply “yes sir” every step of the way. I’ve seen quite a few “spanked schoolgirl” movies, and this one is definitely a cut above most of them. I highly recommend it.

What Is It About Bratting?
Well, I only got one comment on my first blog posting, but it was a good one. Strike1 suggested that I write about my favorite shoots, or my favorite spankee. Both excellent suggestions, but topics one must handle carefully, especially when it comes to favorite spankees. I’d hate to hurt anyone’s feelings. So, I’ll get to those topics some other time. Don’t worry, strike1, I took notes and they’re in my blog file!
What I really want to discuss is the topic I mentioned at the end of my first posting, bratting. That would be when someone is a brat, either during, or before, their spanking. One is seldom a brat after their spanking. I might even venture to say one is never a brat after their spanking. I believe I might be one of the better women to blog on that topic, as I’ve been known to be one of the spanking world’s biggest brats, and there are many, believe me. Okay, there’s one woman I can think of who is even more of a brat than I and that would be Erica Scott of Shadow Lane fame. That woman just doesn’t know when to stop her sassing! Anyway, back to the why of it.
Why do I brat? Simply because it’s too much of a blow to my pride to simply sit there and take it. See, there are two kinds of spankees, those who are inherently submissive and those who are brats. Submissives like to go into their “sub-space,” and relax into the experience. Brats just CANNOT do that. It would be too much of a concession to the spanker, like saying, “Okay, you’re completely right and I’m completely wrong.” NOT! See? I just can’t go there!
